5. Protection of Intellectual Assets

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to utilise these materials exclusively for their personal educational endeavours.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Claiming collaboratively-developed materials as their own

5.3. Repercussions for Intellectual Property Infringement

Mishandling proprietary materials or violating these Terms may result in:

  • Reporting of dishonesty to the User’s institution (as required by law)

6. User Age Criteria

6.1. Age Restrictions for Access

UK residents must have reached 18 years to use the Service.

By requesting services, you confirm your age as 18 or older and declare legal capacity to enter contracts under UK law. The platform expressly forbids minors (under 18) from using the Service.

7.5. Billing Documentation

Digital receipts and invoices are sent to registered emails. Corporate/institutional Clients can request customised billing documents.


8. Refund Policy

8.1. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • Guidance does not meet agreed specifications
  • Timelines are exceeded without prior, mutually accepted extension
  • Technical glitches result in payment errors

8.2. Refund Request Process

8.3. Refund Assessment and Dispute

Our Quality Control team assesses all requests. Approved refunds are returned within 7–10 working days. Disputes can be escalated using “Escalation Request” in the subject line.


9. Modifications to Terms
